Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Nurse Chart Abstractor to support our remote medical abstracting team. This role is ideal for an experienced Oncology RN with strong attention to detail and chart abstraction skills.

Schedule & Location

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
• 100% Remote (Work-from-home)

Salary

$40 per hour, paid weekly

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate medical record reviews and abstraction
• Transfer information from electronic medical records into data systems
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Complete quality assurance and reliability testing
• Collaborate with internal teams

Qualifications

• Active RN license with oncology nursing experience
• Experience in chart abstraction
• Proficiency in EHR/EMR systems

• Excellent communication and computer skills
