Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of progressively responsible and directly related nursing experience.
• Licensed Registered Nurse by California Board of Registered Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient contact, education, and procedures in collaboration with the health care team.
• Collaborate with care providers to ensure continuity of care and access to services.
