Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking an ambulatory float pool clinical nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across outpatient settings, including clinics, surgical subspecialties, and procedural areas.

The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care, educating patients and families, and addressing social determinants impacting outcomes, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position in St. Louis, MO.

Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or associate's degree required; BSN preferred.
• RN license valid and current.
• 2+ years' experience preferred; no specific experience required.

The role involves assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Nurses collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educate patients and families on managing health conditions, and address social determinants impacting health outcomes.
