Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Clinical Resource Nurse to act as an expert clinician, educator, and mentor for high-acuity inpatient units, providing real-time guidance to bedside nurses and assisting with complex patient care.

In this role, you will deliver frontline coaching, support orientation and competency development, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes while advancing quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
