Proforma Health Inc. is seeking a Clinical Resource Nurse to support high-quality, patient-centered care across acute care units.

You will serve as a clinical expert and resource for bedside nurses, mentoring staff and promoting evidence-based practice. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, support staff orientation, and drive quality and safety initiatives in a fast-paced hospital environment.
