Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver direct patient care in a medical-surgical setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in line with nursing standards.

You will promote patient- and family-centered care, educate on illness management and post-treatment needs, and develop individualized care plans with input from patients and the healthcare team while upholding safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• No prior experience required; two years of nursing experience preferred.
