As one of the most advanced centers of its kind in the nation, our new home brings together leading experts in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Psychiatry, and Neuroscience research. It houses dedicated programs, including the Center for Neuromodulation, the Epilepsy Center, the Bonnie and Tom Strauss Movement Disorders Center, and the Nash Family Center for Advanced Circuit Therapeutics.

Offsite Medical Secretary I

  • Qualifications
  • Education Requirements: Associates Degree or High School Diploma/GED plus two years of related experience. Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program if performing clinical duties.
  • Experience Requirements: 2 years of related experience.

Offsite Medical Assistant I Ambulatory

  • Qualifications
  • Education Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • Completion of a certificate Medical Assistant program from an approved school; certification preferred
  • Experience Requirements: 2-3 years of prior Medical Assistant experience required, preferably in an ambulatory practice
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
  • Knowledge of ambulatory practice operations
  • Completion of AHA Heartsaver certification
  • Licensing and Certification Requirements (if applicable): Medical Assistant Certificate

Offsite Medical Secretary II

  • Qualifications
  • Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED.
  • Experience Requirements: 2-4 years of administrative experience, preferably in a health care/practice environment
