Job summary

Prestige Staffing is seeking a Clinical Navigator for a fast-paced healthcare team in South Austin, TX. You will own the patient experience from consultation through surgery and recovery, building rapport and coordinating care.

Responsibilities include coordinating pre-op testing and clearances, scheduling surgeries, submitting authorization requests, and serving as the liaison among the clinic, surgery center, physicians, hospitals, and vendors to ensure a smooth patient journey.

Qualifications

• RN license preferred.
• 2+ years in healthcare setting.

Clinical Navigator

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Location: South Austin, TX (78748)

Compensation: $30-$35/hour (based on experience)

Our client needs a Clinical Navigator who owns the patient experience from consultation through surgery and recovery — building rapport with patients, coordinating pre-op testing and clearances, scheduling surgeries, submitting authorization requests, and acting as the go-between for the clinic, surgery center, physicians, hospitals, and vendors. It's a fast-paced, high-touch role that blends clinical coordination with customer service.
