Responsibilities

• The Nurse Navigator—Oncology demonstrates critical thinking, initiative and expertise in oncology.
• He/she will provide care coordination throughout the cancer continuum.
• In addition, the Nurse Navigator—Oncology is responsible to coordinate and provide survivorship information for ongoing health and wellness according the Commission on Cancer (CoC) standard requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as an Oncology Registered Nurse
• Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
• Oncology Certified Nurse - Preferred; must be willing to obtain within 1 year of employment
• Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License
• Position requires fluency in the English language to function in job environment appropriately, multilingual a plus
