Job summary

Cadence Solutions is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for the Clinical Navigator team and other health roles. You will partner with clinical operations leaders to build pipelines of navigators as Cadence scales patient populations across health system partnerships.

You’ll run the recruiting process end to end in Greenhouse, using AI-assisted sourcing tools to move faster without losing rigor.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting in healthcare or patient-facing roles.
• Experience managing requisitions, pipelines, and reporting in Greenhouse or similar ATS.
• Familiarity with care navigation, care coordination, or patient support roles.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to calibrate structured interview processes.
• Comfort in remote, fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Cadence's Clinical Navigator role, from requisition through offer, against clear time-to-fill and quality-of-hire targets.
• Manage Greenhouse as the core recruiting system of record, maintaining pipeline data, interview kits, and reporting for hiring leaders.
• Source and engage Clinical Navigator candidates using proactive outreach, referrals, and AI-assisted sourcing tools.
• Partner with clinical operations leaders to define role scope and evaluation criteria for hiring decisions.
• Screen candidates for judgment, communication, and patient-relationship skills for care delivery.
• Analyze recruiting funnel data in Greenhouse to identify bottlenecks and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
• Build a pipeline ahead of anticipated hiring needs as Cadence expands its patient population.
