US Foot & Ankle Specialists in McLean, VA, is seeking a Medical Nail Technician to join our podiatry team. In this role you will provide routine and at-risk foot care in a clinical setting alongside podiatrists and healthcare providers.

This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Nail Technician or Cosmetologist with 5+ years of pedicure experience who wants to contribute to patient health and comfort while working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Active state license as a manicurist or cosmetologist.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional pedicure or nail technician experience.
• Ability to work well with patients, staff and the public.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with flexibility and willingness to learn.
• Dependable, punctual and team-first attitude.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and at-risk foot care pedicures in a clinical setting.
• Treat patients with compassion, professionalism, and respect.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Comply with state board regulations and health/safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleaning, autoclave and sanitation logs.
• Support clinic staff with scheduling and patient documentation.
• Schedule appointments and enter data into electronic systems.
• Cross-train with medical assistant or front desk tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
