This full-time role offers a salary of $75,727-$82,502 per year, a Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, and opportunities to collaborate with clinicians, jail staff, courts, and community partners to support recovery and coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or related behavioral health field.
• Current ND licensure as LCSW or LPCC.
• 2+ years of professional therapeutic counseling experience.
• Ability to conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and establish diagnoses in a correctional setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Deliver counseling and psychotherapy and coordinate care with psychiatrists and staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with policies.
