Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. We are looking for experienced Clinical Medicine Experts to lend their expertise in training generative AI models. This freelance opportunity is remote with flexible hours, allowing you to work at your convenience.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assessing the factuality and relevance of domain-specific text produced by AI models
2. Crafting and answering questions related to Clinical Medicine
3. Evaluating and ranking responses generated by AI models in the domain

Desired qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Medicine or a related field
• Experience working as a Clinical Medicine professional

Compensation:

Pay rates for core project work range from $25 to $45 per hour USD, depending on expertise, skills assessment, location, and project needs. Higher rates may be available for PhDs.
