Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. We are seeking experienced Clinical Medicine Experts to contribute their expertise in training AI models.

About the Opportunity

As a Clinical Medicine Expert, you will work remotely with flexible hours, contributing by:

1. Assessing the factuality and relevance of domain-specific text produced by AI models.
2. Crafting and answering questions related to Clinical Medicine.
3. Evaluating and ranking domain-specific responses generated by AI models.

Desired Expertise:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Medicine or a related field.
• Experience working as a Clinical Medicine professional.
• Ability to communicate concepts related to Clinical Medicine clearly in fluent English.

Compensation: Rates range from $25 to $45 per hour USD, depending on expertise, skills, location, and project needs. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Additional incentives may apply during onboarding or overtime phases. Please review specific payment terms for each project.
