Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. We are looking for experienced Clinical Medicine Experts to contribute their expertise in training generative artificial intelligence models.

About the Opportunity

This freelance, remote position offers flexible hours, allowing you to work at your convenience. Your responsibilities may include:

1. Assessing the factuality and relevance of domain-specific text produced by AI models.
2. Crafting and answering questions related to Clinical Medicine.
3. Evaluating and ranking domain-specific responses generated by AI models.

Desirable Expertise:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Medicine or a related field.
• Experience working as a Clinical Medicine professional.
• Ability to write clearly about Clinical Medicine concepts in fluent English.

Compensation: Rates currently range from $25 to $45 per hour USD, depending on expertise, skills, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Additional incentive payments may be available for certain projects. Please review the payment terms for each project.
