About The Opportunity

Outlier is seeking talented Clinical Medicine Experts to help train generative AI models. This freelance role is remote with flexible hours, allowing you to work when it suits you. You may contribute your expertise by:

1. Assessing the factuality and relevance of domain-specific text produced by AI models
2. Crafting and answering questions related to Clinical Medicine
3. Evaluating and ranking responses generated by AI models

Desired expertise includes:

• A bachelor's or higher degree in Clinical Medicine or a related field
• Experience working as a Clinical Medicine professional
• Ability to write clearly about clinical concepts in fluent English

Payment varies based on expertise, skills assessment, location, and project needs, ranging from $25 to $45 per hour USD. Higher rates may be offered for PhDs or specialized expertise. For initial onboarding or overtime work, lower rates may apply. Some projects may include incentive payments. Please review payment terms for each project.
