Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $45.00/hr

About The Opportunity

Outlier is seeking experienced Clinical Medicine Experts to help train generative AI models. This freelance opportunity is remote with flexible hours, allowing you to work at your convenience. You may contribute by:

1. Assessing the factuality and relevance of domain-specific text produced by AI models.
2. Crafting and answering questions related to Clinical Medicine.
3. Evaluating and ranking domain-specific responses generated by AI models.

Desired expertise includes:

• A bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Medicine or a related field.
• Experience working as a Clinical Medicine professional.
• Ability to write clearly about concepts related to Clinical Medicine in fluent English.

Payment details

Pay rates for core project work range from $25 to $45 per hour USD, depending on expertise, skills assessment, location, and project needs. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. During initial onboarding or overtime phases, lower rates might apply. Some projects include incentive payments. Please review payment terms for each project.
