Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Outlier helps innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. As a Clinical Medicine Expert, you will evaluate and craft responses related to clinical medicine to train AI models.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing the factuality and relevance of AI-generated clinical text
• Crafting and answering questions related to clinical medicine
• Evaluating and ranking AI responses in the domain

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Clinical Medicine or related field
• Experience as a Clinical Medicine professional
• Ability to communicate clearly in fluent English

Payment rates vary based on expertise, skills, location, and project needs, ranging from $25 to $45 per hour. Higher rates may be available for PhDs. Some projects may include incentive payments. Review specific payment terms per project.
