Compensation

Pay rates for core project work range from $25 to $45 per hour USD, depending on expertise, skills assessment, location, and project needs. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For initial onboarding or overtime work, lower rates may apply. Incentive payments may also be available. Please review the payment terms for each project.
