Outlier is seeking experienced Clinical Medicine Experts to help train AI models.

Outlier assists the world’s most innovative companies in improving their AI models through human feedback. We are looking for talented Clinical Medicine Experts to contribute their expertise in a remote, flexible freelance capacity.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assessing the factuality and relevance of domain-specific text produced by AI models.
2. Crafting and answering questions related to Clinical Medicine.
3. Evaluating and ranking domain-specific responses generated by AI models.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical Medicine or a related field.
• Experience working as a Clinical Medicine professional.
• Ability to communicate concepts related to Clinical Medicine clearly in fluent English.

Compensation:

Pay rates for core project work range from $25 to $45 per hour USD, depending on expertise, skills assessment, location, and project needs. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. Additional phases, such as onboarding or overtime, may have different rates, and some projects include incentive payments. Please review payment terms for each project.
