• Communicate significant resident changes to the Resident Care Coordinator and Administrator.
• Dispose of discontinued or refused medications per policy and document disposal.
• Ensure resident rights are respected and privacy is maintained during med passes.
• Maintain current certification by completing required CEUs annually.
