Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in medical physics or equivalent with residency completed.
• Bachelor's degree plus Master's of Science in Medical Physics or similar degree.
• Board eligible; Level I Physicist entry level.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and meets department goals and objectives for the year.
• Implements plans to accomplish goals within the specified time frame.
• Performs quality assurance testing and equipment calibrations as required.
• Provides data for treatment planning and chart checks for all patients.
• Supports in clinical duties aligned with population guidelines and safety goals.
• Ensures compliance with state and national physics protocols and safety standards.
