Job summary

Concentra Inc. is seeking a Medical Director to blend patient care with clinical leadership in a busy occupational health clinic in Mesa, AZ. You will treat patients directly, supervise clinicians, and partner with the leadership team to drive quality care and operational performance.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, budget awareness, and ongoing clinical improvement, with access to leadership development, incentive programs, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license required.
• Unrestricted DEA and dispensing licenses required before start.
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
• Board certification or eligibility in ABMS/AOA recognized specialty preferred.
• FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in clinic and lead by example.
• Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes.
• Manage clinicians and support staff; ensure APC supervisory requirements.
• Create a professional, collaborative working environment and drive continuous improvement.
• Promote Concentra values and maintain patient/colleague safety and quality care.
