Responsibilities

• Greets and prepares patients for practitioner visits and records vitals and history.
• Performs basic lab work, phlebotomy, EKGs, and administers medications as directed under supervision.
• Schedules and coordinates tests, referrals, and patient flow to ensure timely visits.
• Documents visits, diagnoses, and patient education in the EMR with accuracy and confidentiality.
• May assist with front office tasks such as billing and insurance verification.
