Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from a Medical Assistant Program or accredited Nursing Program or be a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant.
• Those that were hired prior to 2018 are grandfathered from the educational and/or certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care for facility clients directly or through delegation.
• Ensures efficient delivery of healthcare services; manage records and vital signs.
• Assists with testing and treatments under physician supervision; prepares for procedures.
• Keeps patient care areas stocked and maintained; ensures instruments are sterile and rooms clean.
• All other duties as assigned.
