Job summary

Responsibilities

• Interview patient and record history; measure and record vitals.
• Verify patient information and enter data into EHR/EPM.
• Greet and assist patients; answer calls and provide information.
• Collect and document lab tests per CLIA waived procedures.
• Prepare specimens and assist with examinations and procedures.
• Support pre-visit planning and post-visit tasks.
• Administer medications per formulary as assigned.
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations and scheduling.
• Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and equipment.
