Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience required.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage front desk tasks.
• Room patients, collect vitals, document in EMR, and assist with exams.
• Administer injections and perform point-of-care testing as ordered.
• Scribe during visits and prepare documentation for provider review in the EMR.
• Verify and prepare patient charts, and ensure labs/imaging/reports are complete.
• Sterilize instruments, maintain exam rooms, and manage clinical supplies.
• Triage clinical calls and coordinate with pharmacy and patient communications.
• Manage medication samples and inventory following clinical protocols.
• Adhere to HIPAA, infection control, and safety procedures.
