Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant or related field required.
• Familiar with A&P, Medical Terminology, Basic Pharmacology and Medical Math.
• Front office experience; back-office procedures EKG, Urine, Vitals, BP, Temps, Injections, adult-pediatric care.
• Current CPR certification; comfortable with computers and technology.
• Highly organized, detail oriented; able to mentor students and hold to program standards.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated part-time Clinical Medical Assistant Lead Instructor to join our team. We are interested in candidates who are looking to work for a company that is passionate about changing lives and helping build the essential workforce! The Clinical Medical Assistant Programs run for 8-10 weeks. Applicants must be available during our weekday morning schedule.

Schedule

Schedule is: Monday- Thursday | 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

(Hybrid Schedule: Rotating On-Site and Remote Work)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Back-office procedures EKG, Urine, Vitals, BPs, Temps, Injections, Adult-Pediatric, minor wound trays, and bandaging experience.
• No teaching experience required
• Must be energetic and able to deliver instruction passionately.
• Ability to mentor students and hold them accountable to program standards.
• Comfortable with computers and technology.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Current CPR certification.
