Qualifications

• 1 year of recent relevant experience.
• General knowledge of medical procedures, anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and clerical support to providers and patient care teams.
• Perform back-office and patient-related tasks supporting high-quality patient care.
• Help ensure smooth patient flow and workflow within the department.
• Assist the patient care team in implementing the medical plan of care.
• Integrate education, technical competence, and patient interaction to gain patient and family cooperation.
• Perform duties under the direction of a clinician.
