JOB SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of a licensed care provider and/or management, the Clinical Medical Assistant I (CMA I)/Patient Access Representative II (PAR II) is responsible for functioning as both a CMA I and a PAR II. Following standardized clinical protocols, the staff independently provides and documents clinical care and related tasks. The position involves applying age-appropriate and developmental approaches in care delivery and supports physicians, nurses, and families in patient care. The staff also manages medical business information, including registration, scheduling, and obtaining authorizations for outpatient and diagnostic services, ensuring proper documentation and communication with patients and funding sources. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team is essential to deliver quality care in a safe environment. Administrative duties are assigned as needed.

Salary Range: $23.10 to $31.77 per hour
