JOB SUMMARY:
Under general supervision of a licensed practitioner and/or department leader, the Clin-Med Assist I independently provides and documents clinical care and associated tasks as assigned and as per standardized clinical protocols. This position utilizes appropriate age and developmental approaches in application of care, regularly performs a supportive role to physicians, nurses and families in the delivery of patient care, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care is provided in a quality environment to patients and families. Administrative duties will also be performed as assigned.

The current salary range for this position is $23.10 to $31.77. Rady Children’s Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable.
