• Trains new hires on policy and procedures.
• Leads in absence of management.
• Schedules appointments, greets, checks in and out visitors/patients.
• Collects deposits and co-pays at registration/checkout.
• Escorts patients to exam rooms and completes vitals pre-assessment.
• Provides first aid and dressing changes as needed.
• Prepares medication listings for physicians.
• Reviews listings at each visit for accuracy.
• Contacts physician offices for charts and referrals and radiology reports.
• Maintains patient charts and HIPAA documents; completes disability forms on request.
• Maintains inventory, removes expired medications and orders supplies.
• Maintains biohazard waste logs for disposal compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Clinical Services Coordinator, Physician or Manager.
