Responsibilities

• Know and follow clinical policy and accreditation requirements; document patient information accurately in the EHR.
• Complete intake interview for new and returning patients.
• Participate in daily huddles and assist the care team with pre-visit preparation.
• Prepare patients for exams; assist providers as requested.
• Perform duties to ensure quality patient care and address barriers to care.
• Process tasks and route them in a timely manner.
• Administer adult and pediatric vaccines under supervision and follow immunization schedules.
• Perform screening tests, draw blood, and complete standing orders.
• Clean and stock exam rooms; manage biohazard waste daily.
