Qualificações

• Must hold multiple CMA/CCMA/RMA/NCMA certifications upon hire.
• Ability to document thoroughly and clearly in patient records.
• Experience with billing and coding is a plus.
• Strong communication with patients and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Assist provider with patient care as directed by competency.
• Document procedures accurately in the medical record.
• Maintain patient flow and assist with education.
• Instruct on sample collection and tests.
• Greet patients and collect medical history and vitals.
• Label and process lab specimens as per procedures.
• Maintain exam room and sterile equipment.
• Follow safety and biohazard waste handling policies.
• Provide backup support for front desk tasks when needed.
