Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assisting preferred.
• Current BLS certification preferred.
• 1-2 years MA/clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to nursing staff and department teams.
• Assist with scheduling, patient communications, documentation, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Serve as a resource to junior Medical Assistants and onboard new staff as appropriate.
• Take patient information, vital signs, and basic clinical data when trained.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect specimens when competent to do so.
