Clinical Marketing Liaison

StoneGate Senior Living provides support services to skilled nursing facilities in Tulsa, Oklahoma, specializing in long-term and rehabilitative care. We are hiring a Clinical Marketing Liaison for the Greater Tulsa area. If you are an experienced Clinical Liaison or Marketing Liaison, this is a rewarding opportunity for you.

As the Clinical/Marketing Liaison at StoneGate Senior Living in the Greater Tulsa area, you will serve as the primary contact with patient referral sources and often as the initial point of contact for potential admissions to the facility for skilled nursing or extended care.

The Clinical Marketing Liaison is responsible for:

1. Assisting referral sources in identifying and assessing patients with care needs that match the services provided by the facilities;
2. Educating potential patients and families regarding the facilities’ services, admissions process, and treatment procedures;
3. Communicating with appropriate facility staff to ensure the proper admission of new patients;
4. Supporting census and business development efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous SNF marketing experience preferred.
• Licensed RN, LVN, PT, OT, or SW with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation required.
• Experience with and ability to complete clinical assessments for admission.
• Familiarity with clinical terminology and comfort with assessing patients in hospital settings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to relate professionally to referral sources, physicians, patients, families, and team members.
• Ability to meet all health regulations and pass post-employment physical exams if required.
• Capability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Self-motivated, independent worker with goal-oriented sales skills and a history of proactive work behavior.
