Applicants must hold an active clinical license and CPR certification, with 2+ years of healthcare experience; a CRRN and nursing liaison or sales background are pluses.

Qualifications

• Current state's professional clinical licensure and CPR certification required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• One or more years in nurse liaison or healthcare sales preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage referral relationships within assigned territory.
• Develop relationships with patients, families, physicians, nurses, discharge planners and payers.
• Educate community and referral sources about programs and services.
• Assist in speeding referral-to-admission processes.
• Utilize market analysis to identify opportunities.
• Respond to admission barriers and follow up on admissions.
• Conduct in-services and professional presentations to various groups about services and outcomes.

• CRRN certification preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare operations, legal frameworks, market trends, and competitive analysis.
