This is a management/leadership position (Req #: 28614) at MaineHealth, overseeing clinical operations at our South Portland and Kennebunk locations.
The MaineHealth Weight Management Clinical Manager will oversee daily clinical operations in a dynamic ambulatory practice environment, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning across locations. The role involves collaborating with providers and leaders, managing staff schedules, developing workflows and protocols, and troubleshooting issues, all within a triad leadership structure with practice managers at each site.
The ideal candidate will have three or more years of supervisory experience and hold a BSN. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) position, typically scheduled Monday-Friday.
Summary: The Manager - Registered Nurse supervises all operational aspects of the clinical department, including services and staffing. The Clinical Manager coordinates clinical workflows to provide efficient, safe, and comprehensive patient care, working with physicians, midlevel providers, and staff to increase outpatient services, manage referrals, optimize patient flow, and maximize productivity at each location.
