Responsibilities for a Clinical RN Manager:

1. Supervise a team of field nurses.
2. Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
3. Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Mecklenburg, Union, and other surrounding areas.
4. Facilitate new hire orientation and training for new nurses.
5. Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.
