Job Title: Clinical Manager (RN) - Full-Time

Location: Saint Joseph, MI - Office-Based Role Covering Berrien and Surrounding Counties

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Immediate Start Available

Schedule: Mon- Fri, 8 am to 5pm / On-Call (by phone only) responsibilities on a rotating basis, probably 1 week per month.

What You'll Do

• Oversee case management, ensuring clients receive care in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary team, including PCAs, CNAs, LPNs, and RNs.
• Conduct intake assessments and generate care plans.
• Provide ongoing training, education, and mentorship to field staff.
• Monitor compliance, conduct audits, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Handle on-call responsibilities and contribute to general office operations.
• Promote patient safety and satisfaction through consistent communication and coordination.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience working with pediatric and adult patients
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle
• Ability to travel locally as needed
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Bilingual candidates preferred
