Concentra in Green Bay, WI seeks a Clinical Manager: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Green Bay, WI. This role provides primary medical direction and coordinates professional healthcare services in a busy clinical setting.

With 3+ years of experience required (no new grads), you will lead center operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality patient care. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with bonus potential and strong benefits are offered.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current licensed nurse practitioner or physician assistant in the employing state.
• PANCE/ national certification as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary medical direction and coordination of professional healthcare services.
• Lead center medical practices and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Mentor back-office staff to develop competencies and ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Therapy teams to improve patient care and outcomes.
