CareStar, Inc. seeks a Clinical Manager for the OhioRISE program in Warren County, Ohio. You will provide direction, support and mentoring to Clinical Supervisors to ensure client relationships, compliance with program and state rules, and optimal service delivery.

This role includes remote work with field visits and leadership over clinical staff. You will oversee performance standards, engage in QI activities, and ensure confidentiality and policy adherence while contributing to meaningful

Qualificações

• Current/active license as a Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Independent Social Worker or Registered Nurse.
• Must obtain CCM within one year of starting.
• At least 36 months of home/community-based services experience.
• 24 months of data analysis or financial analysis desirable.
• Ability to supervise, instruct, counsel and evaluate staff.
• Extensive knowledge of community resources.
• Strong interpersonal skills in a diverse environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee high-risk or problematic cases and advise administration as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and committees.
• Monitor clinical staff adherence to standards and address issues.
• Assist with staff education and development.
• Engage in public relations and provider education.
• Address consumer and agency concerns/complaints.
• Ensure services are submitted to Finance for billing.
• Attend program, community, and state meetings and trainings.
• Directly supervise staff, including hiring, firing and evaluations.
• Provide orientation to new clinical staff and supervisors.
