Job description

Indiana University Health Physicians Community Medicine Women's Health is recruiting a Clinical Manager to act as a liaison between all APP's, Physicians and service line administration. This position will include both clinical and leadership responsibilities supporting the Community MedicineWomen's Health department in the greater Indy region.

Position Details:

  • Full-time, 100% Outpatient
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • No weekends, holidays, or call
  • 70% Clinical and 30% Administrative
  • Work directly with 29Physicians and 16 Advanced Practice Providers

Key Responsibilities:

  • APP Clinical Managers oversee APP scheduling, professional development opportunities, recruitment, coordinating onboarding for new hires, clinical supervision, and team dynamics
  • Advocate at the system level for department APPs, ensure communication is streamlined with teams, regular check-ins, oversee annual evaluations and quality initiatives, department champion, collaborate with physician leadership and dept administrative leadership

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of APP experience in Women's Health and/or Gynecology required
  • Active Indiana licensure or ability to obtain licensure
