Job summary

Apos Society in Staten Island, NY seeks an experienced NP or PA to join as a clinical manager, blending patient care, clinical research, and leadership in a hybrid clinical + site management role.

Lead and mentor staff, oversee site operations, ensure protocol adherence, and drive quality and efficiency in trials. Must have leadership experience and relevant clinical research background.

Qualifications

• MSN/DNP with active RN license and board certification or PA with accredited PA program and NY license and board certification.
• 5+ years of leadership/clinical management experience is required.
• Experience managing clinical staff and site operations.
• Clinical research experience, ideally CNS/neurology/psychiatry studies.
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH, HIPAA, and clinical trial protocols.
• Experience with budgeting, business planning, or operational management.

Staten Island, NY | Full-Time

Are you an experienced NP or PA with strong clinical leadership and clinical research experience? We’re looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a leading clinical research organization and take on a hybrid clinical + site management role.

In this position, you will:

• Provide clinical care and assessments to research participants
