AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking a Clinical Manager - Home Care. This position is full-time Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm supporting our Greensboro service areas. CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
Job Summary
Has shared authority and responsibility for administration of nursing for Home Care patients in conjunction with the Director of Patient Care. Plans, organizes, and leads a cost-efficient standard of nursing care. Ensures professional standards and compliance requirements are met with local, state, and federal licensing and credentialing agencies. Must be able to travel to, enter, and function in the homes of any patient/caregiver within the service area.
Shares responsibility for serving as a clinical resource to the clinical staff. Conducts documentation and quality monitoring audits. Is accountable for nursing caseloads, assigning, and rebalancing, when necessary. A significant responsibility includes the orientation process for new staff, while maintaining a case load of 5 patients. Will facilitate and/or support weekly IDG meetings.
