Work Shift: Days (United States of America), Fulltime, 8:00am-5:00pm
The Clinical Manager directs operations of the clinical area, including clinical outcomes, customer satisfaction, marketing, customer experience, and fiduciary responsibilities of one or more units. They are accountable for delivering high-quality services, ensuring optimal operational functions, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. The manager facilitates planning, organization, implementation, and resource management in coordination with physicians, clinicians, and support staff. Responsibilities include program and policy development, human resource management such as recruitment, retention, supervision, and promoting an optimal working environment. The manager ensures high-quality care and oversees administrative management of the department on a 24-hour basis.
Knowledgeable in management principles, nursing theory, organizational policies, safety protocols, and effective communication. Skilled in problem-solving, record-keeping, relationship-building, critical thinking, and emergency response.
Regular interaction with patients, families, physicians, staff, and visitors.
