Job summary

Groundworks New Mexico is seeking a Clinical Manager (Supervisor) to deliver high quality therapeutic services within Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC). You will supervise Treatment Coordinators and Therapists, and provide support to Therapeutic Home Providers and TFC individuals as needed.

The role requires a Master’s degree and NM licensure in a related field, plus a minimum of three years of clinical practice with children, adolescents and families, and proven supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and NM licensure in a related field OR a Registered Nurse with a Master’s degree in psychiatric nursing or clinical nurse specialist in a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in clinical practice with children, adolescents and families
• Supervisory experience required

Job description

Job duties include: providing clinical supervision of the Therapeutic Home Specialists (Treatment Coordinators) and the Clinicians (Therapists) and providing support and intervention to the Therapeutic Home Providers and TFC Individuals as needed.

Additional Areas of Responsibility

• Master’s degree and New Mexico licensure as a licensed independent social worker, licensed professional clinical mental health counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, licensed psychologist or other licensed independent practitioner in a related field OR a Registered Nurse with a Master's degree in psychiatric nursing or clinical nurse specialist in a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in clinical practice with children, adolescents and families
• Supervisory experience required
