Easterseals Northern California is seeking a Clinical Manager (BCBA) to lead our ABA care teams for children and adults with autism. You will design and oversee treatment plans, supervise Program Supervisors and RBTs, and ensure high-quality service delivery across multiple sites.
You will apply ABA methodologies such as ESDM, TEACCH, PECS, and PRT to improve communication and independence, while coordinating with families, providers, and insurers. This is a full-time, on-site role in California.

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) to lead and empower our care teams, creating a positive and supportive environment for both our clients and our staff. Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, lift up to 40 lbs, and be comfortable spending time on your feet. Must be able to manage the physical and emotional demands of the role, including frequent exposure to disability disorders, occasional emergency situations and trauma, and constant client contact requiring concentration and sound decision-making. Occasional driving (to and from office and client homes) is required. Must be able to travel to multiple work sites and client homes; reliable transportation is needed.
Must have a valid California Driver’s License with insurance and maintain a clean driving record. Must pass health screenings, obtain required vaccinations, and clear TB testing based on company policies. Must obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ). The People & Performance Department will analyze DOJ/FBI live scan reports in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, as well as fitness for the position. Must obtain and maintain clearance through the Office of Inspector General. Must obtain and maintain CPR, Safety Care, and National Provider Identifier (NPI) certification.
