Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is hiring a Clinical Manager (BCBA) in Braintree, MA. The role oversees a team of BCBAs, develops and monitors intervention programs, and ensures high-quality behavioral therapy across clients.

Responsibilities include supervision, staff development, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with other departments to support holistic client care.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various needs as a BCBA.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software platforms; strong data-tracking and analysis skills.
• Role may require standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and repetitive duties as part of supervision duties.

Position Description

• Supervision and Leadership: Oversee and guide a team of BCBAs, providing mentorship, support, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Program Development: Design and implement effective, ethical behavior intervention programs tailored to the unique needs of each individual, ensuring clinical integrity the highest quality of care.
• Clinical Oversight: Conduct regular assessments and analyses to monitor progress, making data-driven decisions to enhance intervention strategies.
• Staff Development: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the clinical team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of services, promoting a holistic approach to client care.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the highest standards of service delivery.
• Client and Family Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients and their families, serving as a point of contact for addressing concerns, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive therapeutic experience.

Required Experience And Education

• Obtained certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs as a BCBA; exceptions may be made.
• Clinical expertise of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient in technology, such as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting.
• Candidates must possess the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on their feet as well as an ability to lift children to 50 lbs., on occasion.
• Note: This role requires the ability to spend a significant amount of time crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
