Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a Home Health Clinical Manager to oversee clinical services and coordinate an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate holds an Arkansas license in nursing or a related therapy field, has at least three years of clinical experience, and preferably one year of Home Health/Hospice supervisory

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist with Arkansas license.
• Three years of clinical experience.
• One year of Home Health/Hospice supervisory experience preferred.
